About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice and face of our company. You'll manage a variety of responsibilities simultaneously, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting your teammates — all within a warm, family-like culture where collaboration and mutual respect are core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat — often managing multiple channels at once
- Multitask efficiently across tasks such as order tracking, complaint resolution, account updates, and product questions without sacrificing quality or warmth
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with team members to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and keep the work environment positive
- Prioritize and manage a dynamic daily workload, adapting to shifting priorities with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
- Contribute to a supportive team culture by celebrating wins, helping onboard new members, and maintaining open, honest communication
- Provide product and service information clearly and accurately, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Identify recurring issues and escalate trends to management to help improve processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment — managing multiple conversations, systems, or tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional tone
- Strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail

- Empathy and patience: you genuinely enjoy helping people, even on difficult days
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (CRM software experience is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred, but we welcome motivated newcomers

Work Environment
