Role Details:

Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Shift Stability: No rotating or swing shifts.

Compensation: $18-$25 per hour.

Overview of the Position:
You will be tasked with the operation of production equipment, which includes managing setups, executing changeovers, making necessary adjustments during active runs, and performing final product inspections. Additionally, your duties will involve quality assurance, packaging, material stacking, and preparing goods for distribution. Candidates must have prior machine operation experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the paper or nonwovens industry.
Primary Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee equipment such as slitters, rewinders, and extrusion machinery.

Execute machine setups, including the loading of rolls and raw materials.

Conduct efficient changeovers between different production orders.

Ensure high-quality standards by inspecting, packaging, and preparing finished goods for shipment to help maintain customer satisfaction.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of professional machine operation experience is mandatory.

Completion of high school or an equivalent educational credential.

Prior experience in paper converting is highly desirable.

Demonstrate a proactive and positive professional demeanor to help foster a productive workplace culture.
