Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move raw materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing facility
- Conduct repetitive tasks daily in the manufacturing process with attention to detail and efficiency
- Interpret production documents and work instructions to accurately assemble products
- Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and material transfer, following safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety standards
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions for enhanced productivity
Experience
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred, but not required
- Hands-on experience with assembly line operations and manual handling tasks
- Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using measuring instruments and interpreting technical drawings
- Proficiency in managing production documents
- Experience working with warehouse operationsand safety standards
- Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively
- Strong understanding of safety protocol adherence in a manufacturing environment
