We're looking for an Office Coordinator who is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting others, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

- Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation is required
As our Office Coordinator, you'll serve as the hub of our daily operations by:
- Answering incoming calls from clients, families, caregivers, referral partners, and prospective clients
- Assisting with caregiver schedules to ensure exceptional client care
- Working closely with the Director to promote outstanding client and caregiver satisfaction
- Assisting with caregiver recruiting, interviewing, hiring, on boarding, and retention
- Maintaining employee records and supporting HR compliance
- Managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Handling high-volume phone calls while delivering outstanding customer service
- Participating in an after-hours on-call rotation
- Representing Visiting Angels at community events, networking opportunities, and marketing activities
- Building positive relationships with our clients, families and caregivers
We're seeking someone who is dependable, organized, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative, customer service, or office coordination experience
- Home care, healthcare, caregiver experience with older adults is preferred but not required
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Comfortable learning and using scheduling software and other office technology
- Positive attitude with a servant's heart and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
