About Chroma Coatings
Chroma Coatings is a commercial painting and protective coatings subcontractor based in Raleigh, NC. We work on institutional, government, and commercial facilities projects across North Carolina and beyond — interior architectural finishes, epoxy flooring, waterproofing systems, and more.
The Role
No experience? No problem. We're hiring people who are reliable, show up ready to work, and want to learn a trade. You'll be trained on the job alongside experienced painters and supervisors. This is physical, hands-on work on active commercial job sites.
What to Expect
- Work on commercial job sites across NC and out of state
- Travel is required — projects may require overnight stays (lodging covered)
- Learn painting, coating, and flooring application techniques on the job
- Work as part of a crew under direct supervision
- Consistent, full-time hours
What We're Looking For
- Willing to travel and work out of state
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Can handle physical work on your feet all day
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No painting experience required — we can train you
Pay & Benefits
- $17–$25/hr depending on experience and progress
- Tool allowance
