Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position split between Creve Coeur Manor, U-City Forest Manor, & The Pillars of North County skilled nursing facilities in St. Louis, MO.
Join our experienced rehabilitation team providing high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a collaborative SNF setting. Work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to provide exceptional rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting. Treat primarily geriatric patients while helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
- Document patient progress.
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
- Follow physician orders and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Missouri PTA license.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.
