Nation Security is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a substantial security team in providing top-tier protection across various client locations. In this role, you will be instrumental in spearheading operational excellence, driving regional expansion, and securing profitability. Role and Schedule Dynamics

- Availability: May require managing round-the-clock (24/7) operations, including remaining on call for after-hours emergencies.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Personnel Management
- Direct all workforce operations within your territory, encompassing recruitment, staffing, performance evaluations, disciplinary measures, and dispute resolution.
- Define precise milestones and objectives for your personnel, including the supervisory tier.
- Act as a cultural anchor, exemplifying the core values of the company.
- Elevate staff engagement through proactive coaching, mentorship, and daily face-to-face interactions.
Financial & Contractual Oversight
- Manage assigned contractual budgets to guarantee all financial milestones are successfully hit.
- Guarantee high levels of client satisfaction by verifying that security delivery aligns perfectly with contractual mandates.
Compliance, Training & Vetting
- Preserve a fully staffed roster of trained, licensed, and thoroughly background-checked personnel to fulfill operational obligations.
- Confirm that all team members successfully finish required screenings, mandatory training, and professional certifications.
Client Relations & Safety Protocols
- Cultivate strong, professional partnerships with clients, offering swift resolutions to their inquiries and issues.
- Execute health and safety evaluations, document workplace incidents, engage in formal investigations, and actively participate in safety committees.
- Carry out risk analyses and site inspections, while compiling monthly billing summaries and performance reports.
Security Operations & Incident Response
- Design and execute comprehensive security policies, frameworks, and protocols.
- Supervise the entirety of security workflows, including the management of staff, hardware, and technological systems.
- Perform routine security audits and evaluations to pinpoint vulnerabilities and neutralize risks.
- Serve as the primary liaison with emergency responders and law enforcement during critical incidents.
- Educate and train security guards on operational procedures, protocols, and industry best practices.
- Examine security breaches thoroughly and report findings to executive leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional internal departments to sustain a unified, safe environment.
- Keep abreast of evolving security technologies, industry trends, and progressive best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience within security management or a closely aligned sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of law enforcement regulations, protocols, and standard procedures.
- Preferred Background: Experience operating in high-security settings or militarized environments is highly beneficial.
- Background Check: A transparent, verifiable personal history covering your past employment, education, and international travel.
- Management Track Record: Demonstrated success in operational leadership, with a strong preference for experience gained directly inside the security sector.
- Licensing: Possession of a valid security industry license or an officially accredited certificate of security competence.
- Communication: Robust written and verbal communication competencies.
