Patient Care Technician – Patient Retention & Wellness Support
Are you passionate about patient care and helping people stay on track with their wellness journey? Age Rejuvenation is looking for a Patient Care Technician to join our fast-growing medical and wellness team!
This role is all about patient connection, retention, and support. You’ll ensure patients remain consistent and compliant with their treatment plans by managing communication, coordinating reorders, and providing an exceptional experience every step of the way.
You’ll also play a proactive role in patient engagement — reaching out to patients when renewals or follow-ups are due and helping them stay motivated and informed about their care.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for patient questions, reorders, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and respond to patient communications via phone, email, and text.
- Manage and process prescription reorders accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries.
- Conduct proactive outreach to ensure ongoing treatment compliance and retention.
- Collaborate with the Patient Care Coordinators and Pharmacy team to support seamless patient care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or wellness clinic setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with patient outreach and engagement for reorders or renewals.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with EMR systems or patient communication platforms.
- Compassionate, positive, and proactive in problem-solving.

Location: Administrative Office
Schedule: Shifts available Monday through Sunday between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, depending on the day.
