Job Title: Retail and Events Sales Representative
Location: Regional Travel (Home Base + Surrounding States)
Schedule: Approximately 45 hours/week, with many weekend events and shows
Compensation: Hourly Base + Performance Bonuses + Travel Allowances
Target Earnings Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic top-tier presenter to represent our premier home improvement company at home shows, regional expos, and inside major retail partner locations (Home Depot stores). In this role, you’ll travel regionally, set up and present at events, and communicate the value of our products in a compelling, confident, and memorable way.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver dynamic, professional product presentations that attract attendees and generate leads
- Travel regionally to scheduled home shows and events (all travel expenses covered)
- Set up and break down event booths and displays
- Engage with attendees, answer questions, and build rapport
- Maintain a polished, positive brand presence
- Schedule appointments with show attendees
- Work approximately 45 hours per week, with weekends as your main workdays

- Comfortable with consistent regional travel
- Experience in home shows, trade shows, public speaking, or sales is a major plus
- Ability to lift and transport show materials as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods
