Sapulpa Nursing Center is currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated nursing team on the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Schedule

- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and resident needs.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
