Bruce's Bar is looking for an experienced Shift Lead to join our team!
As we kick off LIVE MUSIC every Saturday night, we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to lead by example.
Requirements:
- MUST have bartending experience
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and keep the bar running smoothly during busy shifts
- Experience handling cash, balancing drawers, and ensuring accurate cash management throughout each shift
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to multitask under pressure
Management experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person with strong leadership qualities.
