You will work closely with our Office Manager and Physician owner to optimize clinic workflow, learn new specialized tasks, and cross-train at our front desk.What We Offer You:

What You Will Do:
- Clinical Specialization: Perform blood draws, administer vaccinations/PPD plants, and accurately manage lab follow-ups.
- Occupational Health Specs: Conduct drug screens, audiograms, vision tests, and EKGs. Process results and report them efficiently to client companies.
- Patient Care & Assisting: Escort patients, take vital signs, and assist physicians with medical procedures.
- Front Desk Support: Cross-train to answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient charts with a pleasant demeanor.
- Clinic Efficiency: Maintain, clean, and stock exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and order medical supplies.
What We Look For:
- Specialized Experience: Prior work experience in an Occupational Health setting is highly preferred.
- Clinical Skills: Proven ability to confidently perform blood draws (phlebotomy) and administer immunizations.
- Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) is required. 1 year of experience taking vital signs is required. BLS certification is preferred.
- Attributes: Sharp attention to detail, strong data entry skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Requirements: Reliable transportation for daily attendance and off-site/on-site company services. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
