Job Summary

Duties
- implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development for infants and toddlers
- Support daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and playtime with patience and attentiveness
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Engage children through interactive play, storytelling, music, and sensory activities that stimulate growth and curiosity
- Observe and document developmental milestones and behavioral changes to inform ongoing care plans
- Support behavior management strategies that encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and needs
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain certification if not already held
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to support caregiving routines seamlessly
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a nurturing approach
- Passion for working with children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
