Customer Service & Sales Associate

- Location: Cincinnati, OH (Fully Onsite)
- Schedule: Day Shift Schedule: Monday 10am-7pm and Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm

What are we looking for?
Our client is seeking a Service & Sales Associate to join their team. They offer a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive work environment where both employees and customers come first.
No prior experience is necessary—they provide comprehensive, on-the-job paid training, including coaching, licensing preparation, and development opportunities. We cover all costs associated with obtaining your Life and Health Insurance license, including study materials and licensing fees, so you won’t have to worry about any expenses or preparation on your own.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from current policyholders—no cold calling
- Resolve questions and provide top-notch customer service while building trust.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products
- Participate in a 10–12 week paid training program to set you up for success
- Compensation is salary-based—no commission or incentive structure
- Study for and pass a Life & Health Insurance exam within 45 days & 2 attempts
- Earn a $500 bonus for passing your exam (once you come on full time with W&S)

Pay: $22.00 per hour
