Role Overview:
As an Immediate Caregiver (Home Care Aide) at Assisting Hands Santa Clara, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-home care to seniors, ensuring their comfort and safety. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families to create a personalized care plan that meets the individual needs of clients. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients with daily living activities.

Support clients with mobility and transportation, ensuring their safety at all times.

Administer medication and manage health care needs as required.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide regular updates and address concerns.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- HCA-registration in California.

Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.

Fluency in English, with preference given to those who can speak Hindi and Punjabi.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Bonus If You:
- Have certifications in CPR and First Aid.

Possess additional training or qualifications in caregiving.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Full Time, with the requirement of weekend availability.
