We are hiring an AT&T Team Member to help customers better understand their wireless options and provide a positive, solution-focused experience. In this role, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions about AT&T services, and support individuals looking for reliable connectivity solutions that fit their everyday needs.

Role Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member
- Help customers with any questions and provide information about AT&T products and services.
- Help customers understand wireless plans, device features, and available service options in a simple and approachable way.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, service updates, and general support needs.
- Work closely with team members to create a positive and supportive customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on new products, technology, and company initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer information and assist with service enrollments when appropriate.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing ideas, supporting teammates, and helping achieve office goals.
- Build lasting customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and dependable service.
Qualities of an AT&T Team Member
- High school diploma; must be 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Professional and approachable when interacting with customers.
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or working with people is a plus but not required.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
