Job Title: Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: San Dimas, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday availability (8 hour shifts between 7:30am-6:30pm)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team. The CSR is the face of our hospital—responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and ensuring every client leaves feeling supported and cared for.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer multi-line phone system and respond to voicemails
- Schedule appointments and manage patient check-ins/check-outs
- Accurately enter client and patient information into the system
- Handle payment processing and invoicing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians to support seamless patient care
- Educate clients about hospital services, products, and preventive care
- Assist with inventory, prescription dispensing, and end-of-day procedures as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical setting (preferred, but not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and team-focused
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software (Cornerstone experience is a plus!)
- A love for animals and a desire to support pet parents
