Provide direct care supports to 7 men between the ages of 30-80 with developmental disabilities in this residential home in Salt Point, NY. This position serves as an assistant to the RN and Residence Manager – makes doctor’s appointments, administers medication, tracks heath data, and more. Candidates must have current AMAP certification or ability to achieve AMAP certification within 3 months. Shift available is Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm.
