Redeemer Health Home Care & Hospice is seeking compassionate and skilled Full-Time Occupational Therapists to join our interdisciplinary team. This full time role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in home settings across Cumberland and Salem Counties. We currently have two positions available.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (OTA-approved)
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of New Jersey
- CPR certification required / Driver’s License required
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated competency in occupational therapy principles, methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop/implement comprehensive care plans
- Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare team
- Must be able to travel within the designated service area to patient homes
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs
