*Duties*
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
- Restock merchandise and maintaining inventory levels on the sales floor.
- Communicate effectively with customers to promote products and services, driving sales.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for transaction accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to retail operations.
