Seagrave has several opportunities in our Paint and Body Division, from ENTRY LEVEL to EXPERT.
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Painters and Paint Prep professionals to join our team. Some of the responsibilities will be preparing parts for painting by ensuring surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for application.
Your attention to detail and experience with various tools will be essential in delivering high-quality results that meet our standards. Paint Preppers are responsible for preparing parts for priming/painting, which may include but are not limited to washing, caulking, sanding, and fixing minor defects. Experience:

Auto painting: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Possess technical knowledge of panel straightening and tooling that includes straightening and shrinking metal to prepare the substrate for body filler; mix, apply, and sand body filler for panel straightening; mix, apply, and sand rollable body filler/primers for minor imperfections; final sand for topcoat application; and caulking. Also, straightening and shrinking metal to prepare the substrate for body filler.
