Door-to-Door Appointment Setter – Hail Damage Restoration
We're looking for highly motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters.
This is not a hard-closing sales position. Your only responsibility is to identify vehicles with hail damage, make contact with the owner, and schedule a free inspection with one of our experienced hail damage specialists.
The appointment takes less than a minute to schedule. Collect:
- Vehicle owner's first & last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Preferred date and time
Top performers love this role because there's no pressure to negotiate, explain insurance policies, or close contracts. Your focus is simply creating quality appointments.
Pay-
Commission Only
- $250 per successful appointment
- Strong performers can easily earn $500–$750+ per day
- You will be paid Bi-Weekly
Your income depends on your effort, appointment quality, and success rates. High performers consistently earn substantial commissions.
Responsibilities-
- Canvass residential neighborhoods affected by hail storms
- Speak with homeowners face-to-face
- Identify potential hail damage
- Explain our free, no-obligation inspection process
- Schedule appointments for our hail damage specialists
- Record customer information accurately
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Work assigned territories with energy and consistency
