Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of Scoops Monroe, an ice cream, candy, and novelty shop located in Historic Downtown Monroe. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team management.
- Knowledge and understanding of food handling procedures, including certification in ServSafe Food Handler and/or ServSafe Manager.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus.
