College Village Animal Clinic is hiring a full time AND part time Veterinary Client Service Representative(CSR). We are looking for an experienced, caring, self-motivated individual who enjoys interacting with clients/co-workers and is looking for a long term position. Daily priorities include appointment scheduling, greeting clients and their fur babies, directing patient flow, computer invoicing, record keeping and client check out. We use electronic record keeping and communicate with our clients through phone, text and email. Ability to multitask is a must.

Our clinic operates Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 7:00pm and Saturdays between 9:00am and 5:00pm with both 8 and 10 hours shifts available. Veterinary experience is preferred but more critical is enthusiasm, positive energy and willingness to learn!
