Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping Team Members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our 2nd Mile Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing Team Members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Shift Leader Responsibilities
-
Participates operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant

Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs

Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team

Be a friendly, encouraging team player

Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
