Our app, Kingbee Express, lets customers reserve the vehicles they need in minutes, with no paperwork and no rental counter to visit.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Manager is the real-time point of contact who turns newly signed deals into vans on the road and customers who are up and running, and who owns time-sensitive customer issues from start to finish.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Activate new deals. Take signed deals from handoff to a successful contract start. Clear blockers, orchestrate the back-of-house teams to deliver what sales promised, and catch problems before the customer ever sees them.
- Onboard customers. Deliver onboarding and customer education so new customers understand how reimbursement, maintenance, and the app actually work. Good onboarding drives retention and prevents future issues.
- Own escalations. Take time-sensitive, relationship-bearing cases the moment they need a higher level of judgment or a human with standing, and drive them to a documented resolution.
- Exercise discretion. Use bounded judgment to do right by high-value customers within a defined lane, and know when something exceeds your authority.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a fast-paced customer-facing operations role.
- Strong judgment and ownership. You solve problems rather than forward them, and you stay accountable until the customer is whole.
- Excellent soft skills and cultural fluency. You can absorb frustration, rebuild trust, and make a customer feel taken care of.
- Comfort working in systems (CRM, ticketing) and juggling several time-sensitive cases at once.
- A bias toward action and comfort operating in a role and a company that are still being built.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
