Overview
Club Xcite is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school‑based opening in Marysville, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an in‑person role supporting students in educational settings across various districts and grade levels.
Compensation
- Local Pay: $80-$85 per hour
- Travel Pay: $3,233–$3,421 per week (37.5 hours)*
- *Includes untaxed housing and meals stipends for eligible travelers
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
- Support student mobility, posture, strength, and access to the educational environment
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with school staff regarding orthopedic and access needs
- Support adaptive equipment needs, including ordering and adjustments
- Train and support school staff on transfers, positioning, and body mechanics
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school‑based requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapy license
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working with students or youth in school‑based, pediatric, or clinical settings
- Ability to work on‑site (no remote roles)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior school‑based OT experience
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation
- Strong team-work and collaboration skills
