This is a ground floor sales role at a fast growing legaltech company!
EstateMin builds practice management software purpose built for trust and estate attorneys. We're an Irish founded company with a strong customer base, and we're now hiring our first US salesperson to accelerate our expansion here. You'll work four days a week in our NYC office alongside the CEO, learn legaltech sales firsthand, and have real input into how we build out the US market.

What you'll actually do
- Build prospect lists and run outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn into SMB law firms
- Qualify inbound leads and book demos
- Sit on every discovery call and demo the CEO runs
- Help shape our US messaging, ICP, and outbound playbook based on what's working
- Staff our booth at legal industry conferences including ABA TECHSHOW, ILTACON, and Clio Con
- Hit weekly activity and pipeline targets consistently
What we need from you
You don't need a law degree or years of legaltech experience. You do need to be the kind of person who picks up the phone, takes feedback fast, and genuinely wants to get good at sales. The rest we can teach.
Specifically:
- Recent grad or up to two years of experience, sales internships or BDR experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, you're the first voice US prospects hear
- Comfortable being measured on activity and results weekly
- Curious, coachable, and not easily discouraged
- Based in NYC, available four days a week in person
- Bonus if you have any exposure to law firms, legal services, or professional services sales
Nice to have
- CRM experience, HubSpot preferred
- Any background in legaltech, legal ops, or professional services
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Apollo or Outreach
- Legal Industry knowledge

Pay: $54,329.37 - $65,428.92 per year
