Commercial plumbing manager. MUST have 10 years min. experience. Supervise up to 20 projects at one time, create proposals from construction drawings, create RFI's, run all field plumbing crews, build schedules, order materials, approve time cards, work in the field as required to meet schedules. Base $55K, EOY bonus from 5K-12K depending on revenue volume.
Commercial Domestic plumbing systems, Industrial compressed air, liquid nitrogen, etc.
