We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Crew Members. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty of residential and commercial lawns. Your work will involve a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal of the outdoor space of our clients property. Duties
As a Lawn Care Crew Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, weed whipping, and blowing.
- Utilizing tools for various tasks.
- Assisting with landscape maintenance activities; weeding, planting, trimming, install of products (mulch/stone/soil/etc), or other activities common to the lawn & landscaping industry.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used on job sites.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required
- A valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with lawn and landscaping equipment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A good attitude and ability to work with others as a team.
Rate of Pay
Rate of pay will be decided on many factors dependent on the the individuals past experience, knowledge of the industry, worth ethic and personal performance.
