Position Overview
Visionary Eye Center is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and professional Greeter/Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the daily operations of our practice.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and registration.
- Process payments while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with office policies.
- Provide information about services, answer questions, and assist patients with navigating the practice.
- Respond to patient concerns and inquiries professionally, resolving issues with empathy and discretion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or a related field preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience handling cash transactions and performing administrative duties.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and address concerns in a calm and professional manner.
- Confidence speaking with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in hospitality, food service, theater, retail, or other customer-facing industries is highly desirable.
