We’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Part-Time Managerwho is also confident and capable behind the bar. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a leadership position but still enjoys being hands-on in service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations during assigned shifts
- Lead and support bartenders and staff
- Step behind the bar as needed and provide high-level service
- Maintain inventory, place orders, and manage bar organization
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor laws
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with scheduling and staff training
Qualifications:
- Previous bar management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong bartending skills and knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
