Wesierski & Zurek is looking to hire an associate attorney with experience in civil litigation defense. We have experienced a lot of growth in the last six months and require more attorneys to handle the workload. We do offer a hybrid work schedule, all of the AI tools available from Westlaw and support staff that is top notch!
The ideal candidate will have experience working in civil litigation defense managing litigation cases, taking depositions, writing law and motion, settling claims and advocating for clients in court.
Our firm has a great reputation handling all types of trials. The right candidate will receive valuable experience representing companies and municipalities.
Qualifications:
- ABA accredited school
- Previous experience in personal injury - defense practice
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
