Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Use coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy
- Program and operate Fanuc-controlled machinery
- Assemble, weld, and finish machined parts as required
- Use bore gauges and other measuring instruments to inspect finished parts
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes
- Maintain tooling and perform routine maintenance on machines
- Utilize hand tools and other equipment as necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience with Master Cam or Feature Cam/Fusion 360
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a machinist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with Fanuc and OSP (Okuma) controls is preferred
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processes
- Ability to use a variety of measuring in-struments, including bore gauges
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
