Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards

Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance to build a motivated and efficient team

Handle cash management, including register reconciliation, deposits, and financial accuracy

Interact professionally and empathetically with customers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction

Answer phones, take orders, and provide accurate information in a timely manner

Maintain store cleanliness and organization, setting an example for team members

Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization

Lift and move items up to 25 pounds regularly as part of daily operations
