Position Overview
As a Vacation Rental Turnover Specialist, you'll help prepare Airbnb and vacation rental homes for arriving guests by cleaning, inspecting, and restocking each property to our company standards.
Most cleanings are completed as part of a two-person team, although some homes may be cleaned independently.
Responsibilities
- Clean vacation rental homes between guest stays.
- Make beds using fresh professionally laundered linens.
- Restock guest amenities and household essentials.
- Follow detailed digital cleaning checklists.
- Report maintenance issues or property damage.
- Ensure every home is guest-ready before check-in.
- Maintain our five-star quality standards.
- Work efficiently while paying close attention to detail.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Available between approximately 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
- Weekend availability is required, as turnovers occur seven days a week.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, Airbnb cleaning, vacation rental cleaning, residential cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person.
