Evolve Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is a fast-growing, top-rated sports med/ortho clinic on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and Syosset, Long Island. We're looking for a part-time or full-time Physical Therapist to join our highly qualified and expanding team. We are hiring for the Syosset, Long Island location which is located within a 7500 sq ft gym. Experience or interest in Ortho and Sports highly preferred! Board Certification in Orthopedics(OCS) and/or Sports(SCS), experience or certifications in manual therapy, Mulligan concept (CMP), and/or strength and conditioning(CSCS, CFSC) is also preferred, however, for the right candidate we will consider covering all costs associated with certification (including mentoring, prep courses, etc). Our new graduate program consists of weekly built in hours for professional development and clinical rounds with a 3 year tract that includes obtaining board specialty certification as well as a spot in the orthopedic residency program at Hospital for Special Surgery.

Responsibilities
The job will entail providing therapy and rehabilitation services to patients at the facility
You care about patients and are committed to helping them recover from their physical ailments
You will work with new and ongoing patients to create individualized plans of treatment that consist of appropriate exercises, procedures, and techniques to promote effective and safe recovery
Demonstrate clinical reasoning while evaluating patients, identifying diagnosis, and developing a comprehensive plan of care
Follow intervention protocols and alter plan of care appropriately
Document patient progress according to approved medical and facility documentation procedures
Discharge patient when goals have been met or medical necessity no longer warrants intervention
Work cooperatively with supervisors and peers to contribute to the overall productivity of the team. You will be supported by other PT's with several years of experience(> 10 years) and who are board certified in Sports or Orthopedics and many different manual therapy schools.
