Most people go to work, not many people go to work knowing that what they do every single day makes a real difference in people's lives.
At Chattanooga Family Chiropractic, we know the body was created to heal itself, and every single day, we get a front-row seat to watch it happen. A child who could not sleep through the night finally rests peacefully. A mother who thought chronic pain was just "part of getting older" remembers what it feels like to move freely again. A father plays on the floor with his kids without wincing for the first time in years. This is not a typical healthcare office, and this is not a typical job. This is a place where lives change, one adjustment at a time.
We are looking for one person to be the doctor's right hand, someone who takes full ownership of clinic operations so the doctor can pour everything into patient care and growing our reach into the community. This is not a support role. This is a leadership role. You will be trusted with the heartbeat of this clinic. You will know everything, manage everything, and protect the mission so we can serve more families and change more lives. This position is a vital part of helping us change people’s lives.
If you are the kind of person who is looking for purpose, who feels most alive when building something that matters, and who wants your work to mean something bigger, we want to meet you..
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Full daily clinic operations: scheduling, phone calls and email, patient flow, team coordination, and the patient experience from first call to their wellness-lifetime care
- Clinic standards: ensuring the office environment consistently reflects the quality of care we provide: clean, organized, and welcoming at all times, including leading clinic deep-clean every other week
- Financial oversight: collections, payment plans, care plan management, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Metrics and reporting: weekly and monthly practice statistics, dashboards, and direct reporting to the doctor
- HIPAA compliance, documentation, and operational standards
- Systems management
- Vendor relationships, inventory, and facility management
- SOPs: Building systems refining them, and holding the team and doctor to them
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
- You are a natural leader who does not wait to be told what to do. You walk into a problem and solve it. You see an unanswered email and you handle it. You anticipate what needs to happen before anyone asks.
- You have worked in a fast-paced (bonus if healthcare) environment and you thrive in that pace.
- You are equally comfortable building a system from scratch and holding people accountable to it.
- You are warm and caring with patients and firm and clear with your team.
- You understand that great operations are what allow great care to happen, and you take that responsibility seriously.
- You are not looking for a job. You are looking for a place to build something, to grow, and to know that your work genuinely changes lives.
THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF
- You need step-by-step direction and consistent oversight to stay on track
- You tend to forward problems rather than solve them
- You become overwhelmed in a busy, high-volume environment
- You have never led or managed a team
- You are looking for a slow-paced administrative position
