Job Summary

Experience: 3 to 5+ years of dedicated revenue cycle experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
- GL Reconciliation: Matching the AR sub-ledger to the General Ledger.
- Bad Debt Analysis: Evaluating the collectability of aged balances and recommending write-offs to the CFO.
- Month-End Close Management: Leading the "soft close" and "hard close" processes to ensure revenue is captured in the correct period.
- Audit Readiness: Ensuring all adjustments and write-offs have a clear paper trail for annual audits.
- Accounts Receivable & Billing: Manage and review the end-to-end billing cycle for Medicare Part A and B, Medicaid, commercial insurances, NJ Medicaid and Private Pay.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
