Responsibilities:
As a Service Development Representative, your primary duties will include:
1. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining professionally beneficial relationships with potential clients.
2. Conducting research to identify potential prospects and target markets, and developing personalized strategies to connect with them.
3. Initiating contact with potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and responding to inquiries.
4. Make customer calls/ visits with service, parts, and sales staff to increase overall market penetration.
5. Collaborating with team members to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
6. Creating informative presentations that highlight the benefits of our services, delivering them to potential clients, and providing strong after-sales support.
7. Providing feedback to the team and management on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends, and continuously improving through feedback.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
1. Proven experience 1-3 years in cold calling, prospecting, and direct/B2B sales
2. Proficiency in using professional social networks, CRM systems, and sales techniques.
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver persuasive presentations.
4. A results-driven approach, with a record of exceeding sales quotas.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle objections and rejections.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple accounts and tasks concurrently.
7. Strong business acumen, with a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
8. Self-motivated, with a high level of energy and drive for results.
9. Must have a valid drivers license
