The control desk operator is essentially a shift leader. It is your responsibility to keep things running smoothly. You are responsible for the following:
- Ensuring policies and procedures are followed
- Assisting guests in whatever they may need
- Assisting employees where needed
- Keeping employees (self included) on task and making sure work gets completed daily
- Must have cash handling skills
- Must have customer service skills
- Must be able to perform under pressure
Applicants must be reliable and have an open flexibility for scheduling. Night and weekend shifts are required. Applicant must have reliable transportation. Applicants must have ATC server card--can be completed after hire, but must be done before first shift. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

As a Bowling Center Desk Operator, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, efficient service at the front desk and during events. Reporting to the venue manager, you’ll handle guest inquiries, process cash transactions, and support shift operations while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. Your strong customer service, basic math, and ability to supervise staff and manage guest flow will help drive a positive experience in a busy entertainment venue. Your background in event and guest services supports smooth, engaging visits for all guests.
