Overview:
Kinney Creek Brewery is looking for a Full-Time Sales & Distribution Representative in Southeastern Minnesota (Rochester, Pine Island, Stewartville, Lanesboro, Winona, etc.)
Expectations:
- Arrive to each shift on time with a positive attitude
- Adhere to all Kinney Creek Brewery’s core values and employee expectations
- Create and maintain quality relationships with accounts in an assigned territory
- Obtain and deliver orders within territory
- Plan and execute off-premise promotions and tastings
- Use technology to manage routes, obtain and record orders and communicate with customers
- Continually reevaluate costumer base and opportunities (ie. Expand distribution, lost sales, other business growth opportunities)
- Work and communicate effectively with other departments
- Participate in events and festivals as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Prior distribution experience recommended
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Beer and seltzer experience recommended
- Merchandise, stock, rotate products and displays
- Must be able to lift, move, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular bases and up to 165 pounds on occasional basis
- Ability to sit for long periods of time while driving
- Ability to twist, turn, bend, stoop and squat repeatedly throughout the workday
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
