Spray Foam & Cellulose Insulation Installer
Earn $30–$50 per Hour Based on Performance
We are looking for experienced Spray Foam and Cellulose Insulation Installers to join our team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, work efficiently, and want to be rewarded for your performance, we want to hear from you.
We have been insulating homes in Central New York for over 20 years. We are proud to say we have not laid off any installers in over 10 years, and we have unlimited work available year-round.
Pay
- Experienced installers currently earn $30–$50 per hour
- Pay is based on speed, quality, and productivity

Work Schedule & Job Sites
- Work is performed on residential homes
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Start time is 7:00 AM daily
- Hours may vary depending on the job and workload
- Occasional out-of-town work required
- All travel expenses are fully paid
Responsibilities
- Install spray foam and cellulose insulation in residential projects
- Operate and maintain insulation equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare job sites and protect customer property
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and job site cleanliness
Qualifications
- Experience installing spray foam and/or cellulose insulation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality craftsmanship
