Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to turf, plants, and landscaped areas according to established schedules and safety guidelines

Monitor and maintain chemical inventory, ensuring proper storage and usage

Operate and calibrate spray systems and related equipment

Work within assigned budgets for materials and treatments

Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding treatment plans and schedules

Maintain assigned materials and equipment to maximize their useful life

Observe and inspect outdoor spaces to assess treatment needs and results

Must have a good driving record and practice safe driving

Experience with landscape spraying or similar outdoor application work

Knowledge of chemicals, turf, and plant care

Familiarity with spray systems, including operation and calibration

Ability to follow treatment schedules and work as part of a team

Strong attention to detail

Effective communication skills

Pesticide license is a plus

Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, heavy lifting, and walking for extended periods

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate uneven terrain

Four-day work week (Monday through Thursday, 7am5pm or later; occasional Friday work may be required)
