Job Summary:
Looking to hire someone who is enthusiastic and is well rounded in beauty supply product knowledge and has retail experience. We are seeking a Retail Associate to join our team at our location. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, daily cleaning duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical sales or retail sales is preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time management skills
