5+ years of multifamily construction experience with a general contractor
Experience supporting ground-up Class A or luxury multifamily developments
Knowledge of Type V wood-frame construction and large garden-style apartment communities
Experience coordinating subcontractors, quality control, safety, inspections, and daily field operations
Familiarity with luxury residential finishes, clubhouse construction, resort-style amenities, pools, and outdoor community spaces
Experience utilizing Procore or comparable construction management software
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite throughout the greater Orlando area
