We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, stays organized, and takes pride in getting orders right.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Verify products, quantities, and shipping information before orders leave
- Pack pool cues, shafts, accessories, and other products safely and professionally
- Create shipping labels and process shipments through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers
- Match orders with appropriate paperwork and documentation
- Help process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain an organized and clean shipping/work area
- Identify damaged, incorrect, or missing products before shipment
- Communicate order or inventory issues to the appropriate team members
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed
- Help ensure daily shipments are completed accurately and on schedule
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow established processes and instructions
- Comfortable using computers and shipping software
- Able to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive packing and shipping tasks
- Able to safely lift and move boxes and products as required
- Previous shipping, warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience is helpful but not required
