Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
3 years experience in industry or related field
Acute detail and accuracy skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Excellent customer relation skills
Proficient use of applicable technology
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
Travel based on client and business needs

Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Under direct supervision, support clients during their on-boarding experience
Work with internal business partners to understand and address client requirements
Evaluating and configuring requirements for new client set-up
Document and provide solutions for client requirements with guidance from leadership
Manage and execute the process of migrating client data from legacy system
Ensure all internal controls and procedures are followed for accuracy
Ensure clients are trained and fully conversant with software and services
Pro-actively monitor clients to identify problematic issues with assistance from senior team members
Be alert to customer trends and potential problems
Manage and organize multiple overlapping project deadlines
