Job Summary
We are a well established millwork manufacturer near Boston and are seeking to add a CAD detailer to our team. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of millwork drafting experience. Design experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive construction detail documentation for custom millwork projects, including shop drawings, schematics, and fabrication instructions.
- AutoCAD skills or comparable to produce accurate 2D drawings of millwork components.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to interpret architectural plans, schematics, and building code requirements ensuring compliance and feasibility.
- Ability to read and translate architectural drawings
- Review construction documents for accuracy, clarity, and constructability; revise drawings based on feedback from project managers or clients.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Millwork Detailer or similar role within the architectural woodworking or construction industry..
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Use of MS office applications, such as Word,Excel, Outlook
Pay: $26.09 - $31.42 per hour
