Ute Oilfield Water Services is now hiring experienced CDL Class A Water Truck Drivers to support our growing oilfield operations in the Uintah Basin. This is a local driving position - no long-haul or overnight routes - ideal for drivers who want steady work, competitive hourly pay, and strong benefits.
Position Details:
Location: Based in Roosevelt, UT
Schedule: Full-time, local routes, home daily
Pay: Competitive hourly wage, based on experience (DOE)

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and drive water trucks to and from oilfield sites
- Transport and unload water or other liquids as required
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs (DOT compliance)
- Maintain communication with dispatch and field personnel
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Perform minor truck and equipment checks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid Utah Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of CDL driving experience
- Prior experience hauling liquids
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
- Willingness to work in both hot and cold weather conditions
- Working knowledge of heavy trucks and basic mechanical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating water trucks or vacuum trucks
- Background in oilfield, industrial, or construction transport
- Familiarity with the Uintah Basin area and oilfield operations
